What is Body and Carton QR code?
Body QR code is a QR code is attached directly to the body of the product and Carton QR code is a QR code that is attached on the packaging box section. After pairing, user can trace the information of product by scanning either body QR code or carton QR code.
Why does TraXem SCM need two types of QR codes for only 1 product?
The system will get the information of each specific product, including the same products model, the same shipment also different QR codes. Whereas workflows such as code printing and stamping for the body and the carton box are carried out completely separate from each other. By doing so, if you do not use 2 types of codes for marking, it will be very intricate and take time to find the correct box corresponding to the product.
On the other hand, the body code is usually tiny and does not include other product information, so it makes the process of finding the right carton to pack even more difficult.

Currently, the system allows creating 8 types of accounts with different levels of authorization based on each working position: Admin, Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Staff, Sale admin, Sale, Customer Service, PM, R&D. Specifically, grant the highest-level functional roles in a role hierarchy to the system administrator (ADMIN) role, allowing to create, change, and delete all data on the system as well as create and inactive all other accounts. Warehouse managers and staff have the right to create, pair QR codes, create orders, export, return products as well as view all reports related to the warehouse. Sales and marketing departments are allowed to operate the features related to sales such as surveys, promotions, and view sales reports.
In addition, partners are also allowed to create accounts to pick up orders and participate in promotions.
How does the system support end users distinguish real and fake products?
When buying new products from the store, consumers will be able to activate warranty through product QR code scanning. In case that the QR code has been activated before which means the product is likely to be counterfeit , the system will save traces and warn users then the customer service department can check the information and contact to handle it, in order to avoid the case of fake QR codes and reuse carton box for packing. (In systems with functional warnings activate the warranty many times, saving full information about time and place of sale, as well as the information of the customer purchased the product)
In addition, by scanning the QR code on a mobile device, users can check detailed information of the product at any time.
